1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Blanket ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Intended Use
Blanket is an educational and organizational parenting support tool for caregivers of children with ADHD. The App may include:
- behavior and pattern tracking tools
- educational strategy content
- optional AI chat support
- reporting and export features
The App is intended for informational purposes only.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Blanket is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- It does not diagnose ADHD or any other condition.
- It does not prescribe treatment or calculate medication dosages.
- It does not replace qualified medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. AI Chat Assistant Terms
The AI chat feature is optional and subject to the following:
- Responses are generated by artificial intelligence, not a human professional.
- The AI assistant is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.
- AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- Do not use AI chat for emergencies, crisis intervention, diagnosis, or medication decisions.
If you indicate a safety crisis, you may be shown crisis support resources. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional help.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscription terms, pricing, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your local consumer laws.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by Apple.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.
If this App offers preview or trial access, that access is promotional and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy available at:

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- provide accurate information you choose to enter
- keep parental controls and device access credentials secure
- use the App lawfully and in line with these Terms
- not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the App
- not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, features, and software, is owned by Blanket and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where explicitly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit App content.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may use or link to third-party services (for example, Apple billing, AI processing providers, and content hosting/CDN services).
We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or service availability. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their terms.
10. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blanket and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law, policy, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and intellectual property) will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the App before continued use.
The "Last Updated" date at the top shows the current version date.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
